Who is more girls outdoors?
More Girls Outdoors was created because adventure is just better when you don’t have to do it solo. We plan epic, thoughtfully crafted trips, both in the US and abroad, so you can get outside, meet like-minded women IRL, and experience those bucket-list moments together.
Founded by Kat of @katbennettphoto and led by our awesome More Girls Outdoors ambassadors, these trips are all about good vibes, real connections, and saying yes to adventures you might not do on your own. We’d love to have you join us!

Do you go on all your group trips?
Nope! While I’ll still lead a few trips each year when I can, the majority of our More Girls Outdoors trips are led by our amazing Ambassadors instead. Alongside professional local guides, your More Girls Outdoors Ambassador is the friendly face who keeps everything running smoothly — handling the details, leading the group through the itinerary, and making sure everyone’s where they need to be.
She’s also your go-to for questions or help during the trip and will snap plenty of awesome photos so you can relive the memories later using our shared digital photo album that comes with each trip. We’re super intentional about picking the right Ambassador for each trip — someone who’ll make sure your adventure is easy, fun, and totally unforgettable.
Who hosts these trips?
More Girls Outdoors hosts these trips ourselves! After leading my first three group adventures with help from an existing travel agency group, I knew I wanted to create my own company dedicated to making it easier (and way more fun) for women to get outside together. Now, I work directly with trusted local guides and partners around the world to bring each trip to life — handling the details so you can focus on the adventure.
More Girls Outdoors is also registered with the State of California as a Seller of Travel (CST# 2165244-50), so you can book with confidence knowing you’re traveling with a legit, professional company that cares about every part of your experience.
Can I come solo?
1000% These trips are for everyone (so you can totally book with a friend too!), but I created More Girls Outdoors specifically with solo travelers in mind! So far, the majority of participants have joined solo!
I want to bring a friend - can we join together?
Of course! The more the merrier in my book 🙂 Let us know when you book so we can keep you two together when arranging rooms!
Do you offer payment plans?
Definitely! While we do require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot upon booking, we also offer payment plans available when you sign up!
Do you take photos on the trips?
Yes! Our More Girls Outdoors Ambassadors are chosen not just for their leadership skills but also for their ability to capture all the best moments. Throughout your trip, they’ll be snapping photos so you can stay present and soak it all in – then after the adventure, you’ll get a digital photo album to relive it all.
You may also pop up on our More Girls Outdoors social media (if that’s cool with you!). So get ready for an awesome adventure and lots of great pics to prove it.
